Dill Pickle Dip |
- One package of cream cheese (not light) - 8 oz
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup light sour cream (this measurement could be on the light side)
- 3 Kosher dill halves, finely chopped
- 5-6 Tbs dill pickle juice
- 1 1/2 Tbs fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried chopped onion (maybe a little more)
- Salt to taste (1/2 tsp?)
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Serve with pretzel thins... delish!
